Tecdia specializes in producing Bias-T’s from 5 to 18 MHz with RF power handling up to 100 W.  Ideal for lab use, our metrology grade Bias-T’s have very low insertion and return loss which is perfect for FET characterization.

Tecdia surface mount ceramic chip resistors are Au wire bondable and suitable for both gold-tin soldering and epoxy die attachment.  They are available in both single and multiple values with square and rectangular configurations.
