MITEQ has announced that the company’s president, Howard Hausman will deliver a 40 minute workshop at EDI CON 2013 titled, “Applications of Fiber Optic Links in RF and Microwave Systems” to the audience of RF, microwave and high speed digital designers attending this premier event in Beijing, China.
MITEQ introduces a new high reliability fiber optic transmitter with an operating bandwidth to 6 GHz. Transmitter Model number HRT-50K6G-28-20-M14 has a noise figure of 12 dB and is available in three different optical wavelengths (1550, 1490, 1310 nm). The operating temperature range is -40 to +85° C.
In April 2012 MITEQ achieved AS9100 registration, expanding our scope and commitment to include the Aviation, Space and Defense Industries. MITEQ is now registered to AS9100:2009 (Rev. C) as well as ISO9001:2008 by National Quality Assurance USA (NQA), an accredited registrar of the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
MITEQ’s new Model DA40218LC7, four-channel downconverter, integrates our standard broadband double-balanced mixer designs and IF amplifiers to provide a phase and amplitude tracked 4-channel downconverter with an integrated LO distribution network. This unit can be used for basic direction finding experiments with four antennas.
MITEQ Model AMF-2F-00020050-20-28P is a new addition to its family of low noise, wideband, and ultra-small coaxial LNAs in the 20 to 500 MHz band. This LNA has over 35 dB of gain in a housing that is only 1.22” long and 0.88” wide without the field-replaceable SMA connectors that are mounted on a removable heatsink. Gain flatness is a maximum of ±1.75 dB, though typical is ±1.0 dB.
MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition, Model AMF-2F-00100200-16-15P, to its family of extremely low noise and ultra small coaxial LNAs in the 0.1 to 2 GHz band. This LNA has over 30 dB of gain in a housing that is only 1.22” long and 0.88” wide without the field-replaceable SMA connectors.
MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition, Model AMF-5F-18002200-17-10P, to its family of extremely low noise and ultra small coaxial LNAs in the 18 to 22 GHz band. This LNA has over 40 dB of gain in a housing that is only 8 mm high and 16 mm long without the field-replaceable K-connectors.
MITEQ Inc. introduces a new addition to its family of wideband high power amplifiers. The AMF-6B-14001535-50-40P is a connectorized Ku-band high power linear amplifier/module, covering 14 to 15.35 GHz and delivering over 10 W at P1 dB.
MITEQ introduces a family of broadband amplifiers that cover 4-8 GHz with minimum 36 dB gain, typical 34 dBm P1dB, 40 dBm output IP3, and a very low noise figure. The AMF-4B-04000800-50-33P is a balanced amplifier with excellent gain flatness to within ±1 dB typical over the full band.
The Model AMF-6B-08501070-80-33P-ISO delivers over 33 dBm of power over the band 8.5 to 10.7 GHz, with over 30 dB gain and ±0.75 dB flatness. P1 dB is over 34 dBm above 10 GHz. Noise figure is less than 8 dB, port VSWR is less than 1.5:1, and it draws about 1.4A from a single +12 to +15 V DC supply.
