OEwaves Introduces Compact Opto-electronic Oscillator

OEwaves introduces a compact Opto-Electronic Oscillator (OEO) with low phase noise in the X-band. The compact OEO offers typical phase noise performance of -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset from the carrier in a compact form factor of 4.5” x 5.9” x 0.94”.

The unique design of the compact OEO is based on the photonic generation of spectrally pure signals at microwave frequencies that is capable of scaling to higher frequencies with little or no penalty in phase noise performance. For more information, visit Booth 353.
