Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the availability of its Method of Implementation (MOI) document for the transmitter/receiver (Tx/Rx) interface S-parameter and impedance tests defined in version 1.1 of the MIPI Alliance Specification for D-PHY. The MOI, together with a test package such as a state file, works with the ENA Series network analyzer’s enhanced time domain analysis option (E5071C-TDR).

The new Keysight N7020A power-rail probe specifications are tailored for a wide variety of DC power-rail measurements. Probe specifications include very low noise, a large ± 24-V offset range and 2-GHz bandwidth.

Keysight Technologies Inc. introduced the B2980A Series of femto/picoammeters and electrometers, the world’s first graphical picoammeters and electrometers to confidently measure down to 0.01 fA which is 0.01 x 10^-15 A, and up to 10 petaohms (PΩ) which is 10 x 10¹⁵ ohms. The B2980A Series meters offers best-in-class performance, with a 2 pA to 20 mA operating range and an internal 1000 V source.

Keysight Technologies Inc. announced the market’s first TRX module with four full-duplex RFIO ports and other firmware enhancements for the E6640A EXM wireless test set. The TRX module sets a new industry standard, allowing manufacturers to test up to four connected devices with identical RFIO performance and therefore achieve maximum production throughput.

Keysight Technologies, Inc. announced the N5193A UXG agile signal generator, an off-the-shelf instrument that enables highly realistic and scalable threat simulations for aerospace/defense applications.
