RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support forSkyworks SKY12213-478LF, a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch capable of handling up to 150 W of RF energy. The SKY12213-478LF spans the frequency range of 500 to 6000 MHz with a typical isolation of 23 dB. Based on silicon, SKY12213-478LF is controlled with a single positive power supply and draws minimal current yet insertion loss remains.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the MiniRF, 4-way splitter, model MRFSP0012. Covering the CATV bandwidth of 5 to 1002 MHz, the MRFSP0012 replaces three, 2-way splitters commonly used to achieve a 1 to 4 split thus saving board space, reducing part count and offering easier design configuration.

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor TGF2040, a discrete 400-Micron GaAs pHEMT FET. Designed using TriQuint’s proven 0.25 um pHEMT process, power and efficiency at high drain bias operating conditions are optimized. The TriQuint TGF2040 supports circuit designs to 20 GHz with up to 26 dBm P1dB, gain up to 13 dB and 55% power-added efficiency (PAE).

These “Tuned Frequency” absorbers are electrically optimized for specific applications. This durable elastomeric material is flexible and will not crack, even in outdoor environments.
