The TQL9042 and TQL9043 both feature bypass switches and shut-down pins offering receivers the highest level of sensitivity performance. The TQL9042 offers 19 dB gain over 0.5 to 2 GHz with a market leading 0.42 dB noise figure. The TQL9043 provides frequency coverage from 1.5 to 2.7 GHz with >18 dB gain and 0.5 dB noise figure.
RFMW Ltd. announces application and sales support for the Telemakus TEP4000-5 digital phase shifter. This laboratory quality phase shifter has a minimum phase range of 360 degrees with 12-bit, 0.25 degree resolution and operates over the bandwidth of 2 to 4 GHz. Maximum RF input for linear operation is +6 dBm but the device can handle up to +20 dBm. Typical insertion loss through the TEP4000-5 is only 5 dB.

The TGA2583 and TGA2585 cover the frequency range of 2.7 to 3.7 GHz with 10 and 18 W of saturated output power respectively. Both TriQuint devices offer power added efficiency of 54% with a small signal gain of 33 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support forthe TGA2594, a 5 W high-power amplifier developed using TriQuint’s GaN15 technology. Supporting VSAT and SATCOM applications, the TriQuint TGA2594 offers 35 dBm P1 db or 37 dBm Psat from 27 to 31 GHz. Small signal gain is up to 23 dB. 
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s T1G2028536, a 285 W GaN transistor available in a low thermal resistance, solder mount package as the T1G2028536–FS or flange mount package as the T1G2028536–FL. Both the –FS and -FL house the transistor in a ceramic NI-780 enclosure.

TriQuint’s TGA2813 offers 55% PAE supporting both short and long pulse operation with good thermal properties.
