The Giga-tronics ASCOR Series 8000, 8800 and 8900 have a flexible and versatile design making it an ideal platform for standard and tailored switching solutions and RF Interface Units (RFIUs). It is geared to control any of the various switch types and enable them to be mounted on the front or rear panel or host switching and signal conditioning components internally.
The Giga-tronics GT-8550B USB power sensors offer easy-to-use high-performance RF and microwave power measurement. High dynamic range and high accuracy make these sensors ideal for testing in wireless communication applications and Defense EW systems. The GT-8550B series feature no zero and no calibration and fast measurement speed.
The Giga-tronics 8650B series universal power meters have the extensive measurement capabilities and unique features required to test today’s sophisticated communications systems faster and more accurately. The 8650B can measure the CW power, peak power and average power of TDMA, GSM, and CDMA signals.
The Giga-tronics microwave power amplifiers offer linear high-power amplification across multi-octave bandwidths. These instrumentation grade amplifiers offer low noise, high gain and outstanding gain flatness, for testing in wireless communications, defense EW and radar testing and general purpose microwave laboratory applications.
The Giga-tronics 2500B design team optimized the design for no compromise between speed and signal purity. Six models are available covering 2.5 GHz, 8 GHz, 20 GHz, 26.5 GHz, 40 GHz and 50 GHz. The 50 GHz model is the flagship of the product line.
PMI Model No. PE2-25-218-20-12-SFF is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz low noise amplifier that provides greater than 25 dB of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±1.5 dB maximum over the operating frequency. The noise figure is 4.5 dB typical and offers an OP1dB of +20 dBm minimum. The operating voltage is +12 to 15 VDC and the current draw is 300 mA maximum.
PMI model SDLVA-315M362M successive detection log video amplifiers (SDLVA) offers 65 dB dynamic range over the frequency range of 315 to 362 MHz. This model offers a fast rise time of 35 nsec maximum and a recovery time of less than 500 nsec. The unit is temperature compensated such that log accuracy over temperature remains less than +/-2.5 dB over the full operating temperature range of -33° to +77° C.
PMI Model No. PUB-15-500M20G-20-LCA is a 500 MHz to 20.0 GHz low noise amplifier which provides 15 db of gain while maintaining a gain flatness of ±1.75 db typically over the operating frequency. The noise figure is 3 dB typical and offers a typical OP1 dB of +20 dBm. The amplifier requires +12 to +15 VDC and the current draw is 225 mA typical.
PMI Model PS-180-4R15R3-SFF is a 0 /180 degrees, bi-phase modulator designed to operate over the 4.1 to 5.3 GHz frequency range. This model can handle RF input signal levels up to +30 dBm without damage; has an insertion loss of 3.0 dB maximum and a maximum VSWR of 1.7:1. A TTL control will switch between 0 degrees and 180 degrees phase states in less than 100 nsec. The required supply voltages are ±5 VDC.
PMI Model No. PEC-37-9G10G-3R0-27-SFF is a low noise amplifier that operates over the 9.0 to 10.0 GHz frequency range. This model provides 28 dB of gain and offers a low noise figure of 3.0 dB maximum. The amplifier provides an OP1 dB is +27 dBm minimum and operates on +10 to +15 VDC with 400 mA of typical current draw.
