Model SWC-151F-R1 and SWC-151M-R1 are V band waveguide to 1 mm coaxial adapters. These adapters offer convenient mean for waveguide to coaxial line connection for full V band operations. Both WR-15 waveguide to 1mm (F) and WR-15 waveguide to 1 mm (M) coax adapters have less than 0.8 dB insertion loss and better than 16 dB return loss from 50 to 75 GHz.

Model SFD-753114-10SF-N1 is a GaAs Schottky beamlead diode based W band waveguide detector with negative output voltage polarity. The detector has 800mV/mW small signal detection sensitivity and +/-2.0 dB flatness in the entire 75 to 110 GHz operation frequency bandwidth.

Model STH-2MSF-S1 is a harmonic mixer to cover the frequency range from 25 to 50 GHz with 2.4 mm (M) coaxial connector as RF input port and SMA (F) connector as combined LO/ IF port. The harmonic mixer exhibits minimum -20 dBm receiving sensitivity cross the entire 25 to 50 GHz with +13 dBm LO driving power level. The LO frequency range is 5 to 6 GHz and IF is 1 to 1.5 GHz.

The AM10000DC881 directional coupler operates over a broad frequency range of 2 to 18 GHz, making it an excellent choice for electronic warfare, test and measurement, and many other applications. It has coupling of 30 dB +/-1.4 dB, insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB, directivity of at least 12 dB, sensitivity of +/-1 dB, and power handling ability of 400 W average and 3 kW peak.

The AD900-1800-2700TR296 is a high-performance cavity triplexer designed for wireless applications in three standard wireless bands. It has rejection greater than 100 dB, power handling of 300 W, insertion loss of 0.35 dB, and return loss of 18 dB, measures only 237 x 131.6 x 55 mm, and uses Type-N female connectors.

The AE215H9780 LC high-pass filter has a cutoff frequency of 215 MHz and a pass band of 215 to 1000 MHz, making it well suited for a wide range of applications. It has insertion loss of less than 1 dB, rejection greater than 60 dB from DC to 100 MHz, uses SMA female connectors, and measures 2.5 X 1.1 X 0.75 in.

(“MACOM”) announced a new high power amplifier that is ideally suited for C-Band radar and communication applications.  The MAAP-011027 is ideal for customers who need a fully matched, small size and simplified packaged solution for high power pulsed applications. Operating over the 5.2-5.9 GHz frequency bandwidth, the device is a two stage, 8 W saturated C-band power amplifier with 37% power added efficiency.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announces immediate availability and full design support capabilities for a new high performance GaN power doubler MMIC from TriQuint. The TAT9988 is an ultra-linear, packaged GaN amplifier intended for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications. It features a push-pull cascode design, which provides flat gain along with ultra-low distortion.

Linear Technology announces the high temperature H-grade version of the LTC3122 in a 12-lead thermally enhanced MSOP package. The LTC3122 is a 3 MHz current-mode, synchronous boost DC/DC converter with integrated output disconnect. Its internal 2.5 A switches deliver output voltages as high as 15 V from an input voltage range of 1.8 V at start-up (0.5 V when running) to 5.5 V.
