RF Micro Devices, Inc. announced it is shipping production volumes of its power amplification solutions that are compatible with Broadcom's 5 G WiFi chips. RFMD developed the RFFM82x5 (2.4 GHz) and RFFM85x5 (5 GHz) FEMs with Broadcom's 5 G WiFi chips, which are based on the IEEE 802.11ac standard. The combined solution delivers faster throughput and expanded range for an enhanced user experience.

PMI Model No. PS-500M2G-8B-SFF is a State-Of-The-Art, 8-bit digitally controlled phase shifter that operates over the 500 MHz to 2.0 GHz frequency range.  This model has a typical insertion loss of 10 dB and offers 360 degrees of phase shift via 8-bit TTL control.

PMI Model No. P4T-100M2G-50-T-SFF-IN is an absorptive, single pole, four throw solid-state switch that operates over the 100 MHz to 2.0 GHz frequency range.  The insertion loss is less than 3 dB and offers port to port isolation of over 50 dB.  The switching speed is 25 nsec maximum and the rise and fall times are less than 10 nsec.

Hittite Microwave Corporation, the world class supplier of complete MMIC based solutions for communication and military markets, has introduced the HMCAD1512, a  2/1 channel 8-bit ADC sampling at 450/900 MSPS. The HMCAD1512 is ideal for point-to-point microwave links and digital oscilloscopes.

PMI Model No. P4T-10G40G-60-T-GPO is a single pole, four throw, absorptive, solid-state switch that operated over the frequency range of 10 to 40 GHz.  This model provides over 60 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of 6 dB maximum.  The VSWR is better than 2.0:1 into 50 ohm impedance.

The PS-360-DC-IR-9G10G is a 10-Bit digitally controlled 360 degree phase shifter that operates from 9.0 to 10.0 GHz. This model offers low insertion loss of 7.5 dB and a phase shift accuracy of ±0.6 degrees typically.
