Skyworks has released the SKY13592-689LF, a single-pole, double-throw switch for mode switching in WLAN applications such as ISM band radios, smartphones and connectivity modules. This 1 to 6 GHz device uses advanced switching technologies to maintain low insertion loss and high isolation for all switching paths. It also delivers high-linearity performance, making it an ideal choice for low-power transmit/receive applications.

Analog Devices Inc. introduced a breakthrough in switch technology that provides a long-sought replacement for electromechanical relay designs. The first in a product series, ADI’s ADGM1304 and ADGM1004 RF MEMS switches are 95 percent smaller, 30 times faster, 10 times more reliable, and use 10 times less power than conventional electromechanical relays.
Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for an image reject mixer from Peregrine Semiconductor Corporation. The PE41901 is a passive, double-balanced Ku-band image reject mixer with high dynamic range performance and high local oscillator (LO) isolation capable of operation up to 19 GHz. It can be used as an upconverter or a downconverter. 
The VS-800 is the latest addition to our high frequency voltage controlled SAW oscillator (VCSO) family, packaged in a 5.0 x 3.2 x 1.8 mm3 making it the smallest ultra low-jitter VCSO available on the market. Incorporating two mixers, an LO path 90 degree coupler and RF port baluns, the PE41901 offers up to 38 dB LO-RF isolation for reduced filtering requirements.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low noise amplifier (LNA) with integrated bypass switch. Operating from 1.5 to 4 GHz, the Qorvo TQL9063 provides 0.7 dB noise figure and up to 19 dB of gain through the amplifier. When gain is not needed, a bypass switch is offered which automatically turns off the LNA for power savings.

The Skyworks SKY13586-687LF offers versatility in low power applications such as WiFI, Bluetooth and WLAN systems operating between 2.4 and 2.5 GHz. Useful as an antenna T/R switch, the SKY13586-687LF offers excellent linearity (P0 .1dB of 29 dBm) with 35 dB of isolation and only 0.75 dB of insertion loss.
