The RKZ-xx2005D and RxxP22005D series are especially designed for SiC MOSFET driver applications with harsh environmental requirements. The DC/DC converters are available with input voltages of 5, 12, 15 or 24VDC, with two asymmetric outputs of +20 VDC and -5 VDC.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for model QPA3240 from Qorvo. The QPA3240 supports DOCSIS 3.1 CATV amplifier designs with up to 24.5 dB gain from 45 to 1218 MHz. Superior return loss performance and extremely low distortion (CSO = -76 dBc and CTB = -73 dBc) characterize the QPA3240 which combines the advantages of both GaAs and GaN for excellent linearity and high output capability of 62 dBmV.
The HX-171 is a high stability oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) and is the latest addition to the high temperature oscillator family. Utilizing Vectron’s proprietary crystal designs and state of the art correction algorithms, the HX-171 is achieving a stability of +/-5 ppb over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. AtlanTecRF launched a range of dual channel loop test translators designed to provide a comprehensive test and quality monitoring facility in satellite communications ground stations and teleports. The highly stable internally phase locked PLDRO is manufactured in a 2.25 x 2.25 x 0.65" low profile housing designed to meet harsh environments. The EDPLO-3030 series cover single frequencies of 30 MHz to 50 GHz with an output power up to +25 dBm. The units are single biased with +12 VDC generating a frequency stability of +/-0.2 ppm over -40° to +70°C.
The OX-407 low g-sensitivity oven controlled crystal oscillator is housed in a compact 14 x 20 mm dual inline package with g-sensitivity performance as low as 0.07 ppb/g. Covering the frequency range of 10 to 50 MHz and a phase noise floor of -150 dBc at 100 kHz offsets, this OCXO provides design engineers with limited board space a small form factor alternative without sacrificing overall performance in their design.
