RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an AEC-Q200 qualified bulk acoustic wave (BAW) filter designed for 2.4 GHz WLAN/WiFi/blue tooth coexistence with 4G LTE and TD-LTE signals. The Qorvo 885071-A offers high rejection in adjacent bands B7, B38, B40 and B41 allowing these various technologies to operate simultaneously and in close proximity. Qorvo’s 885071-A has a usable bandwidth of 100 MHz (2400 to 2500 MHz).

The LDA-203 is a digital attenuator with an operating frequency of 1 to 20 GHz. It features a 0 to 63 dB attenuation range and a step size resolution of 0.5 dB. This model is powered and controlled by connection to a PC or self-powered USB hub, and is programmable for fixed attenuation.
Crane Aerospace & Electronics announces a K-Band 2-way device, which expands their Iso-Divider product line for space applications. Crane’s K-Band 2-way Iso-Divider features similar outstanding performance as previously introduced Ku-Band 2-, 4- and 8-way products, including exceptionally low insertion loss and optimum band flatness performance. Other features include small size, low weight and high reliability, crucial for space applications.
Passive Plus Inc. is now offering our 0402BB104 Broadband Capacitors in both 25- and 50-volt (WVDC) versions. While the 25-V version typically operates to 35 GHz with an insertion loss < 1.2 dB, the 50-V version’s operating frequency range has been extended to 50 GHz, with a typical maximum insertion loss < 1.2 dB. These capacitors are intended primarily for coupling RF signals or, occasionally, for bypassing them to ground, while blocking DC.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for two Skyworks Inc. high power, PIN diodes suitable for T/R and attenuator applications. The SMP1331-085LF (shunt connected) and SMP1331-087LF (series connected) diodes are capable of handling 50 W CW power in a shunt connected switch configuration. Large signal attenuator applications ranging from 10 MHz to beyond 6 GHz are also possible.
