The CMD283C3 broadband MMIC low noise amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.

Qorvo’s model QPB8857 provides over 28 dB of flat gain and low noise of 4.5 dB for DOCSIS 3.1 amplifiers, head-end CMTS equipment and broadband CATV hybrid modules from 47 to 1218 MHz.

AMP4065LC-2 delivers 10 W minimum across 18 to 26.5 GHz. At rated power, the two-tone intermodulation products are −30 dBc typical and harmonics −20 dBc maximum.

The QPF4578 front end module integrates a 5 GHz PA, SP2T switch and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.

The QPA4501 has 2-stages of amplification for 30 dB of gain, with the final stage integrated as carrier/peaker in a Doherty configuration providing 38% power added efficiency and 3 W of average power.

The ACA1240 combines a pre-amp, attenuator and driver amp to provide up to 35 dB of gain and 0 to 20 dB of continuously-adjustable, linear attenuation from 50 to 1218 MHz.

With seven amplification stages, the MMA036AA Traveling Wave Amplifier offers 11 dBm P1dB (14.5 dBm pSat) for applications to 50 GHz.
