JQL Electronics Inc. will introduce a new series of solid-state power amplifiers (SSPA) at next week's show in Booth 1046. The new SSPA utilizes Class AB linear power devices providing an excellent third-order interception, high gain and wide dynamic range.
These amplifiers operate in frequency ranges from 800 to 960 MHz, 1700 to 2200 MHz and 2500 to 2700 MHz. The SSPAs produce medium to high power outputs of 100, 150 and 200 W, and offer an optional computerized built-in signal generator to lower total cost of testing. The standard 100 W SSPA is economically priced from $7500 to make RF testing affordable. JQL also offers a complete solution of IMD testing of passive component up to -120 dBc at an unbeatable price.
