Wupatec will present a joint demo with Mitsubishi Electric, showcasing the latest advances in high-efficiency RF power amplification in the FR3 band (7.125 to 24.25 GHz). Mitsubishi Electric’s GaN power amplifier module is combined with Wupatec’s RFSoC-based test solution that extends the measurement, characterization and linearization techniques of the PAM in this promising frequency band. The demo highlights unprecedented performance results that pave the way for 5G-Advanced and beyond.
