UMS enlarges its state of the art LNA offer with the CHA2595-QDG a new wideband 27.5-43.5 GHz low noise amplifier. The CHA2595-QDG exhibits very low noise at 2.3 dB and low consumption at 3.3 V at 61 mA. It is proposed in a low cost 4x4 mm2 QFN plastic package.
The CHA2595-QDG is recommended for applications such as 5G MIMO Antenna, 28/32/38/42 GHz radiolinks, SATCOM links, Radar receivers and test instrumentation.
This circuit is designed on an UMS proprietary space evaluated 0.10μm GaAs very low noise pHEMT process.
