At IMS2019 this year, NXP Semiconductors will be showcasing its extensive portfolio of 5G wireless infrastructure technology products along with smart antenna and RF energy solutions. IMS2019 will take place in Boston, Mass. from June 4-6, 2019.
The company’s demonstration at the event will include, a full line-up of integrated solutions for 5G mMIMO cellular base stations, 5G mmWave solutions including high performance analog beamforming ICs in frequencies ranging from 24 to 40 GHz designed for both FWA and RAN applications, 5G macro solutions of RF power amplifiers and more. With more than 50 years of innovation, NXP's RF solutions, including RF transistors and mobile and infrastructure LNAs enable power levels and frequencies from mW to kW and frequencies from sub-6 up to 40 GHz, the company is paving the way for cost-effective, highly integrated 5G systems.
At the exhibition, NXP will showcase “The Microwave Hub” various 5G wireless infrastructure demos of cell tower base stations at its Booth 548 to explore the possibilities of integrating more functions into a single device.
