Crane Aerospace & Electronics, a segment of Crane Co., has announced the appointment of Mike Clark to vice president of Microwave Components & Integrated Assemblies of Crane Aerospace & Electronics. In this role, Clark will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, continued growth and strategic direction of the Microwave business along with overseeing the operations at the Beverly, Massachusetts design center and Chandler, Ariz., and West Caldwell, N.J. manufacturing facilities. He will be located in Chandler, Ariz.

Clark will report to Brendan Curran, president of Crane Aerospace & Electronics. "Mike has excellent business leadership skills and a successful and extensive program management history," Curran said. "His focus on customer relationships and proven success in progressive roles at Crane ensure continued growth for our Microwave business.”

Since joining Crane in 2003, Clark has held positions as engineering director and advanced programs director before moving into a business director role in 2011. Prior to Crane, Clark was a co-founder and Vice President of Engineering for Triton Network System, a commercial communications company. Clark also worked for Texas Instruments in the Defense Sector (now part of Raytheon) for 14 years in various engineering and management positions. Clark received a BSEE from Lawrence Institute of Technology and MSEE from the University of Texas Arlington.
