Aeroflex Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aeroflex Holding Corp., announced an agreement with Hytera Inc. to provide automated test and alignment capabilities for Hytera DMR Series Radios on the Aeroflex 3920B Digital Radio Test Set. Initial test capabilities will be focused on the following Hytera DMR portable radios: PD702, PD782, PD792, PD882, HD702, HD782, HD795, SD982, X1e, and X1p. The program will be later expanded to provide test and alignment of Hytera DMR mobiles.
With a proven track record for speed and accuracy, this application uses the precision instrumentation within the 3920B to quickly perform automated test and alignments to manufacturer specifications. Alignments can now be performed in much less time, minimizing service and support costs for the end users and dealers. Additionally, an exclusive test cable correction feature ensures that power measurements within the alignment process are always correct.

Availability
Delivery for the Hytera DMR Auto-Test II option is expected in June 2014 and can be ordered as Option 628 on the 3920B. The Aeroflex 3920B has a delivery time of 3-5 weeks.
