RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora 6GHz single-pole, triple throw (SP3T) switch from TriQuint Semiconductor. The TQP4M0011 is controlled using positive DC voltages from 1.8 to 5 volts. Classified as a reflective switch, the TriQuint TQP4M0011 operates down to 100 MHz and is housed in a small, 3x3mm surface mount package. This broad band performance and low DC power consumption make the TQP4M0011 ideal for wireless infrastructure, small cell and T&M applications where low insertion loss and high input IP3 are required.
