The TGA2595-CP offers 8 W of Psat power with a PAE of 22%. Small signal gain is >25 dB. A balanced configuration supports low return loss and improves robustness into non-ideal loads. Drawing 560 mA from a 20 V supply, the Qorvo TGA2595-CP comes in a copper based, flange package.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s 857182 duplexer for Band 17 LTE. Meeting the strict requirements for LTE, the 857182 SAW duplexer offers high rejection. The 710 MHz uplink filter has 45 dB attenuation in the downlink band while the 740 MHz downlink filter offers 50 dB attenuation in the uplink band. Insertion loss is rated at 2.5 dB and usable bandwidth is 12 MHz.

The P1PD-SAF-0118G30W-2 is a Wilkinson design capable of handling 30 W of continuous wave RF power. Maximum insertion loss is 1.0 dB per path.

Qorvo’s TGA4544-SM supports 28 GHz, point-to-point radio and Ka-band linear satellite communication systems in the 26 to 31 GHz frequency range. Available in a 5 x 5 mm QFN package, the TGA4544-SM has 23 dB of gain, a P1dB of 31 dBm and Psat of 32 dBm. OIP3 is rated at 41 dBm. Qorvo has designed this PA for ease-of-use so no matching components are required.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for XSYSTOR controller modules used for operation and protection of depletion mode transistors. Primarily designed for GaN devices, controllers like the 200X02R0 protect GaN transistors during the power On/Off sequence of internal and external voltage supplies. The 200X02R0 is an inverting controller. TTL enable for both gate and drain switching are independent or made sequential for stability purposes.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM, 50 ohm, input-matched transistor. The TGF2965-SM offers 5 W of output power from 30 to 3000 MHz. Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM can be tuned for either power or efficiency and performance of both is exceptional. Typical PAE at 2 GHz is 63%. Linear gain is measured at 18 dB. Operating from a 32 V supply, this transistor is capable of both CW and pulsed performance.
