Designed for use from 50 to 2600 MHz, the TAT7460B1A addresses CATV and Satellite bands in a single part. 17 dB of gain is available from this 5 V, 100 mA amplifier which offers noise figure of 3 dBm up to 1600 MHz.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Sangshin Elecom’s KSA series of Globalstar patch antennas. The KSA-LCSP1621MS25 is designed specifically for Globalstar (1611.25 to 1618.75 Mhz) applications. This left hand circularly polarized (LHCP) antenna is tuned / tested for operation at 1621 MHz (5 MHz above the GlobalStar band) to accommodate frequency shifts that may occur in a radome.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support fora 9 W GaN HPA from TriQuint. The TGA2595 supports VSAT and SatCom applications from 27.5 to 31 GHz. 24% power added efficiency highlights this multi-stage amplifier which draws 280 mA from a 20 V supply. The TriQuint TGA2595 offers 39.5 dBm mid-band saturated output power with small signal gain of 23 dB.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks SMV2026 series of hyperabrupt tuning varactor diodes. The SMV2026-079LF is offered in the SC-79 package while a smaller, SOD-882 package if available for space constrained layouts. Low series resistance of 0.5 ohm at 5 V typifies this Skyworks varactor series and enables low phase noise in wideband VCO designs.

The PE4312 is designed for use in wireless infrastructure, portable radios and broadband infrastructure applications from 1 MHz to 4 GHz. RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the PE43705, a 7-bit, 31.75 dB digital step attenuator from Peregrine Semiconductor. The PE43705 offers an extremely wide operational frequency range of 50 MHz to 8 GHz. Internal circuitry manages unequal ON/OFF switch times providing a “glitch safe” design by eliminating the unknown attenuation issue that plagues other DSAs.
