The 15C2NX is the RF interface DAS panel that duplexes the BTS port for Rx/UL and Tx/DL channels with the help of a circulator. The power levels on the UL and DL can be adjusted by the use of fixed and manual rotary attenuators. The minimum isolation between channels is 50 dB and with insertion loss of less than 2 dB in the through paths.
This newly designed dual 48 x 4 switch matrix for ATE applications can cover from 700 MHz (LTE) to 6 GHz (Wi-Fi) frequencies. Using high reliability solid state switches, the switching speed is on the order of nanoseconds helping test handsets and other portable communication devices with minimum delay time.
Renaissance Electronics has designed an in-band duplexer for LTE cell site applications. In a very compact footprint of 4.75” x 3.15”, the duplexer provides 30 dB of rejection between the Tx and Rx. The insertion loss is less than 1 dB.
Narda's Model SP153DHTS is a high-performance SP2T absorptive switch. The Model SP153DHTS operates from 2 to 18 GHz with a switching speed of 25 ns, insertion loss of less than 3.8 dB, and isolation as high as 60 dB.
Renaissance Electronics Corporation/HXI is pleased showcase the HHPAV-362 Power Amplifier it covers the frequency range from 59 to 61 GHz and is usable to 65 GHz. MMIC technology is employed for high reliability and repeatability. The amplifier can be used in transmitters for communication and radar systems and also as part of test equipment suites.
In view of LTE requirements, Renaissance Electronics Corporation has developed a coaxial circulator operating from 700 to 960 MHz. It is available in standard 1.50” x 1.67” footprint and can withstand 150 watts of CW power and offers insertion loss of 0.7 dB over -40 to +75C. This makes the design attractive for both indoor and outdoor applications.
