TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. is announcing initial sample availability of two packaged, surface-mount low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) that deliver the lowest noise figure of any integrated, packaged solutions for base station and similar applications.
Noise eXtended Technologies (Noise XT) introduced the NXA Series, a new family of phase noise analyzers. Noise XT exhibited the new product line for the first time at IMS 2012.
Noise XT announced the LNS-18, a new general-purpose low noise synthesizer that features the lowest phase noise performance of any synthesizer on the market.
At European Microwave Week in Amsterdam (hall 3, booths 115/216), Rohde & Schwarz will present highlights from its test and measurement products for microwave applications. In addition, experts from Rohde & Schwarz will impart their expertise to attendees of nine workshops and seminars covering various microwave applications.
NoiseWave announces the immediate availability of the new NoiseWave NW2G-CS coaxial noise source. Available in 6, 15 and 30 dB ENRs (Excess Noise Ratios), the NW2G-CS is ideal for noise figure measurements and built in test applications. The unit features a small profile housing of 0.75 by 0.5 by 1.25 in excluding connectors, ideal when space is at a premium.
Skyworks introduces a 2.3 to 2.8 gigahertz, two stage, high linearity and high gain (32 dB) low noise amplifier that offers very low noise figure (0.85 db) and excellent return loss (15 db) in a small 4 mm square quad flat, no lead package.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor’s TQP3M9037, internally matched, low noise amplifier combining a 0.4 dB noise figure with 20 dB gain and 35 dBm OIP3 in a 2 x 2 mm DFN package. This newest addition to TriQuint’s LNA product line provides an instantaneous bandwidth of 1500 to 2700 MHz and requires only bypass/blocking capacitors and a bias inductor for operation, no matching components are required to achieve this high level of performance.
