WIN Semiconductors Releases 0.25um Design Kits for use with Agilent Technologies’ Advanced Design System
WIN Semiconductors today announced the availability of a set of design kits for its PP25 family of 0.25um optical gate pHEMT technologies for use with Advanced Design System (ADS) EDA software from Agilent Technologies.
"These kits offer an improved circuit design environment for Ku and Ka band applications. The PP25-xx design kits support scalable non-linear active models in addition to models for passive components and discontinuities. Backend support for layout and DRC is also part of this.” PDK said Gary St. Onge, Vice President of Technical Marketing at WIN Semiconductors.
