Operating over Ku-Band, the AMC Model RFM-16M7 integrated switching assembly contains solid-state switches, circulators, a digital controlled attenuator, a Ku-Band solid-state source and a detector logarithmic video amplifier with digitized video output. It is designed for flight line use in conjunction with an optical delay line to provide precise pulse delays for radar calibration.

This Phase Invariant Digital Programmable Attenuator offers essentially constant phase, adjustable attenuation over 40 dB in the 8 to 12 GHz range.
