Vishay Intertechnology Inc. introduced a new series of radial-leaded, positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. Devices in the new TFPTL <http://www.vishay.com/doc?33027>  series feature nickel thin film elements with positive temperature coefficients of + 4110 ppm/K, fast response time of < 2 s, and high stability over a wide temperature range from - 55 to + 150 °C.

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. introduced a new series of three-phase cylindrical capacitors for power electronics featuring high current capabilities, nine standard voltage ratings from 400 VAC to 1650 VAC, and a wide range of capacitance values and packaging options. 

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. introduced a new series of surface-mount multilayer ceramic chip capacitors (MLCCs) offering high self resonance,a high Q factor of ≥ 2000, and a low dissipation factor of ≤ 0.05% for operation in high-frequency commercial applications.
