The Centellax OA3SSQL is a surface-mount, quad channel, high performance, broadband 28 Gb/s electro-absorptive optical modulator driver with low jitter, 2.0 Vp-p amplitude and excellent gain and group delay flatness. The OA3MHQM-2 is a four channel, high performance, broadband 32 Gb/s Lithium Niobate optical modulator driver with low jitter, 8 V amplitude and excellent gain and group delay flatness. The SuperDivider is a highly programmable integer divider covering all integer divide ratios between 1 and 4,294,967,295 (2³²-1). The device features single-ended or differential inputs and outputs. 3-wire serial control inputs are CMOS and LVTTL compatible for ease of system integration. The Centellax UXD20K is a ceramic, leadless low noise DC to 7GHz programmable prescaler with divide-by-1, divide-by-2, divide-by-4, or divide-by-8 division ratios. It is used as a fixed modulus prescaler in high frequency PLLs, and in the divide-by-1 mode as a limit amplifier.
