RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a fully integrated PIN limiter / Schottky diode module in a surface-mount package. The Skyworks SKY16602-632LF provides passive receiver protection in wireless or other RF systems ranging in frequency from 200 MHz to 4 GHz. Capable of handling 100 W of pulsed power, the SKY16602-632LF has a very low threshold of approximately 5 dBm. 

Linear Technology Corp.  announces the LTC2000, a 16-bit 2.5 Gsps digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with exceptional spectral purity of 74 dBc SFDR at 200 MHz output, and better than 68 dBc SFDR for output frequencies from DC to 1 GHz, a 12 dB improvement over alternative 14-bit DACs. The LTC2000 features low phase noise and a wide 2.1 GHz to 3 dB output bandwidth.

Richardson RFPD Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a new 15 W X-band power amplifier from M/A-COM Technology Solutions. The MAAP-015036 is a two-stage GaAs MMIC PA operating from 8.5 to 10.5 GHz, with a saturated pulsed output power of +42 dBm and a large signal gain of 17 dB. The MAAP-015036 is available in die form.

American Microwave Corporation is pleased to announce its model CVR-120-50-CW DLVA, a form, fit, function replacement for a Teledyne detector logarithmic video amplifier part number 2277635-4. It covers the frequency range from 1 to 20 GHz with 45 dB logging range, CW Immunity, 40 nS rise time, -42 dBm TSS and 6 uSec, maximum recovery time and is utilized in the ALQ-119 jamming system.

The VC-709 crystal oscillator is a quartz stabilized, differential output oscillator, operating off a 2.5 or 3.3 volt supply in a hermetically sealed 5 x 7 mm ceramic package. Metrigraphics continues to advance their process for applying metal layers to circuit substrates and to polyimide layers on multilayer circuits. RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42424, a SPDT switch operating from 100 MHz to 6 GHz. The PE42424 uses Peregrine’s HaRP technology to create a 50 ohm, reflective switch for high power, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac applications. Handling up to 8 W of transmit power, the PE42424 supports switching applications for outdoor Wi-Fi access points or WiFi enabled small cells.

Vectron's VS–703 voltage controlled SAW oscillator (VCSO) is a SAW stabilized, low phase noise, high frequency oscillator. CML compatible outputs (f_N < 1.2 GHz), differential sine wave outputs (f_N > 1.2 GHz), 3.3 volt supply, hermetically sealed, 5 x 7 ceramic package.
