Model STC-12-S1 is a single sideband E-Band down converter, which down convert the entire E Band frequency, 60 to 90 GHz, to an IF frequency from 2 to 32 GHz. The converter includes a Gunn oscillator, a full band balanced mixer, a highpass filter and a full band isolator. The built-in Gunn oscillator operates at 58 GHz with + 5.0 volts at 450 mA DC bias.

Model SFB-15-N2 is a V-Band, externally biased balanced mixer. The mixer employs high performance GaAs Schottky beamlead diodes, balanced configuration and proprietary bias circuitry to produce superior RF performance with very low LO pumping level. The externally biased mixer is capable for full RF waveguide band operation for both LO and RF frequencies from 50 to 75 GHz.
Model SSS-24307-27M-S1 and SSS-24307-27M-D1 speed sensor heads are based on Doppler principle. While Model SSS-24307-27M-S1 is designed and manufactured for moving target speed measurement, Model SSS-24307-27M-D1 is for both speed and direction detection measurement. The operation frequency and output power of the models are at 24.125 GHz and 7 dBm, respectively.
Model SBP-1031133040-SFSF-C1 is an X band power amplifier which delivers 30 dB small signal gain and 10 W linear power to cover 9.5 to 10.5 GHz frequency range. The AE800L8686 low-pass filter has a pass-band of DC to 800 MHz with insertion loss of less than 4 dB, ripple of 0.1 dB or less, and rejection at 1000 MHz of at least 40 dB. The filter measures 4 x 1.25 x 0.75 in. and has BNC female connectors.
The AM1650DC837 is an 8-dB directional coupler that operates from 800 to 2500 MHz with 20 dB directivity, insertion loss of less than 1.1 dB, isolation of 28 dB, and IMD of -140 dBc. VSWR is 1.2:1 or less and power handling ability is 40 W.
