Model SFA-923963618-10SF-S1 is a W band X6 active multiplier with center frequency at 94 GHz with minimum ± 2 GHz operational bandwidth. The active multiplier converts 15.33 to 16.0 GHz/+5 dBm input signal to deliver 92 to 96 GHz frequency band with more than +18 dBm power. The active multiplier exhibits better than 60 dBc superior harmonic suppression performance. It draws 780 mA current from a +6 Vdc DC power supplier.

PMI Model No. PIQ-2G18G-360-16-CD-1 is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz, high performance I/Q vector modulator with 2 x 12 bit monotonic TTL compatible channels (I and Q).  This model offers a full 360 degrees of phase shift with a minimum of 16 dB of amplitude control.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks SKY12215-478LF, a 125 W SPDT switch covering 0.9 to 4.0 GHz. Based on silicon PIN diode technology, the SKY12215-478LF features low insertion loss of 0.4 dB, minimizing receiver noise figure in Rx applications.

PMI model number PIQ-85M18G-360/20-CD-2 is a vector modulator covering the frequency range of 85 MHz to 18 GHz. This unit provides an attenuator resolution of 0.08 dB and a phase shift resolution of 0.703125. The attenuation is phase invariant and the phase is amplitude invariant making it ideal for nulling unwanted signals. The unit can be specifically calibrated for any number of 100 MHz bands within the frequency range.
