EDA offerings have been arriving fast and furious over the past month with new releases targeting RFIC design coming from Agilent, Ansoft and Synopsys. Add AWR to the list of software vendors introducing new capability specifically for the high transistor counts and spectral content associated with RF integrated circuits.
