This model offers a logging range of -40 to +4 dBm having a log slope of 70 mV/dB. The TGA2567-SM provides 19 dBm P1 dB output power with 17 dB of small signal gain. Greater than 16 dB of adjustable gain can be achieved by varying Vg2. Typical mid-band noise figure is 2 dB while OIP3 is specified at 29 dBm.
