MFG Galileo Composites, a specialist in the design and manufacturing of custom composite radomes and reflectors, announced the completion of an 18-foot composite radome installation for the government of India’s National Center for Antarctic & Ocean Research (NCAOR). MFG Galileo Composites was selected to design and manufacture the composite wall radome covering the 3-meter communication link antenna at the Space Applications Centre (SAC/ISRO), Ahmedabad. The Ahmedabad station provides Indian Antarctic scientific expeditions 24/7 connection with mainland India.

MFG Galileo Composites has installed more than 500 radomes on every continent on Earth. The company’s radome design and manufacturing capabilities have been proven in the world’s harshest environmental conditions, including the Arctic and Antarctic, extreme desert, tropical and high-elevation. MFG Galileo ground-based and shipboard radomes support L-band through Ka-band satellite communications.
