HumiSeal®, the leading conformal coatings solutions provider for the protection of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies, has signed an agreement with South African-based distributor PEM Technologies to distribute its range of conformal coatings throughout Southern Africa.
Based in Gauteng, PEM Technologies has established a good reputation within the Southern African electronics industry, which will help to further strengthen HumiSeal’s presence in the region and develop its coatings business. The company will distribute HumiSeal’s entire range of coating solutions and the agreement will enable it to develop new customers as well as increase its involvement with a number of existing customers.
Steve Eglinton, managing director of PEM Technologies, summed up the agreement by saying: “I am delighted PEM Technologies has been selected as a distributor partner for HumiSeal’s suite of conformal coating solutions. I feel that the market opportunities for coating products in Southern Africa are buoyant and that the quality of the HumiSeal solutions combined with our knowledge of the market will allow us to exploit this opportunity.”
