DC Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm headquartered in Washington, DC, focused primarily in the defense and government services sector, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling interest in ClearComm Technologies LLC and RelComm Technologies Inc.
ClearComm Technologies Inc., Fruitland, MD, is a designer and manufacturer of custom and application specific filter products for the wireless and telecommunications markets. RelComm Technologies Inc., Salisbury, MD, designs and manufactures application specific RF coaxial relay products for high volume military and commercial communications applications.
