S4S Ltd., the UK-based international component, product and services sourcing company, has launched a new company in Australia to further enhance its ability to provide a global solution to international product, component and material sourcing problems.
S4S stands for Sourcing for Success and the new company’s full name is Sourcing 4 Success Australia Pty Ltd., which has begun operating from its headquarters in Perth.
S4S Australia is headed by Paul Hulley and one of his first tasks is to assemble a highly skilled team of international sourcing consultants who can provide high value consultancy services to companies initially based in Australia, and also in New Zealand and eventually to companies throughout South East Asia. Previously these markets were serviced from the group’s offices in the UK.
Australia was identified as a growth market for the company’s core business offering of providing global sourcing solutions to large companies dealing in high value, labor intensive manufactured and engineered components and products.
Its proximity to a large number of emerging markets also maximizes the opportunity to reduce component costs. The initiative is part of the company’s growth designed to provide clients with a ‘one stop window to the world’ in terms of purchasing, manufacturing and sourcing opportunities.
