Available at RFMW, the Qorvo QPF5012 is a compact multi-die front-end module designed for demanding 8.5 to 10.5 GHz X-Band radar applications. Integrating a T/R switch, limiter, low noise amplifier and power amplifier in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm over-mold QFN package, the device delivers 10 W saturated transmit power with 40% PAE, 20.5 dB transmit gain, 23 dB receive gain and a low 2.1 dB noise figure. By combining GaN-on-SiC and GaAs semiconductor technologies, the QPF5012 provides exceptional RF performance, efficiency and reliability in space-constrained system designs.
