The Menlo Micro MM4250 DC to 10 GHz SP6T cryogenic RF switch module enables low thermal-load signal routing in quantum computing and cryogenic test systems. Using electrostatic Ideal Switch® technology with sub-1 µW actuation, it minimizes heat generation while maintaining measurement stability. With up to 40 dB isolation, 4 dB insertion loss at 10 GHz and integrated calibration standards, it is well suited for superconducting qubit research, low noise measurement chains and high-precision cryogenic RF characterization.
