This paper addresses the challenges of nearfield antenna pattern measurement in systems utilizing digital antennas and streaming receivers. Key issues such as phase coherence, synchronization, and standardized interfaces are explored. Solutions including reference signal sampling, real-time triggering, and integration of the VITA 49.2 protocol are proposed to enable accurate, efficient, and scalable measurement of digitized RF signals.
