Model ABL4000-05-2830 is a two-stage MMIC-based low noise amplifier module operating in the frequency range from 2.0 to 40 GHz. It offers 28 dB of linear gain and 2.5~5.0 dB of typical noise figure with excellent gain flatness and input/output return loss. The unit has a built-in voltage regulator and operates with a single DC power supply voltage. The package size of the amplifier is 1.5 × 1.0 × 0.4 in.
