Wideband RF Up-converter

The ADRF6780S is a wideband RF up-converter, qualified for high-reliability aerospace applications and sold in a compact plastic package. This IC has an RF output from 6 to 24 GHz and a selectable multiplier LO covering 5.4 to 28 GHz. The ADRF6780S integrates mixers, VVAs, multipliers, buffers and log detectors into one chip and has the flexibility to support zero IF or superheterodyne architectures.

mmWave OTA Antenna Test System

The mmWave OTA Antenna Test System is a turnkey solution for customers needing to make far-field antenna measurements up to 220 GHz. The measurement system is anchored by a CMT VNA and includes a 3D antenna positioner (Gimbal), sophisticated but intuitive measurement software, frequency extender modules and accessories to set up a chamber for far-field antenna measurements. PLO Produces +15 dBm at 34 GHz

Based on high performance voltage-controlled dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) technology, model SOP-34310115-KM-BB is a phase-locked oscillator (PLO) that generates 34 GHz at +15 dBm. Using either an internal or external reference signal, typical phase noise is -85 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. Phase-lock and phase-error output signals are provided.
