SV Microwave announced it has been named Manufacturer of the Year in the Trailblazers category by the South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA), along with having eight employees nominated for Employee of the Year. A company must have 131-199 employees to be eligible for the Trailblazer category.

The company also celebrates the achievements of Evan Bensemana and Lideivy Gonzales Cruz, who were recognized as Employee of the Year in the Engineering (Bensemana) and Production (Gonzales Cruz) categories, respectively, at this year’s Recognition of Excellence Ceremony.

SV Microwave extends a special congratulations to Donald Vogel, named a runner-up in the Information Technology category.

Each year, SFMA hosts the Recognition of Excellence Ceremony to honor outstanding contributions to manufacturing operations and workforce development across South Florida. The 2025 red-carpet event took place at the Charles F. Dodge City Center in Pembroke Pines, Fla., bringing together manufacturers, suppliers and industry leaders.
