Mlcable released the new 1.2 to 2.2 GHz high-power surface-mount 90-degree hybrid. It has low insertion loss (0.25 dB maximum), excellent VSWR (1.25:1 maximum), extremely good amplitude unbalance (±0.5 dB maximum) and phase unbalance (±3 degrees maximum), high isolation (20 dB minimum) and 100 W power handling capability with excellent stability and heat dissipation ability in a small package. It is suitable for power amplifier, power combining network, antenna feed network, modulator and phase shifter applications.
