Pasternack; an Infinite Electronics brand and a leading provider of RF, microwave and mmWave products; has released a new line of temperature compensated amplifiers covering broadband and ultra-broadband frequencies ranging from 0.5 to 40 GHz.

These high reliability temperature compensated amplifiers are available with and without heatsinks to address multiple precision performance and test-and-measurement applications.

Designs feature integrated voltage regulators covering a DC voltage ranging from +12 to +15 Vdc and power levels ranging from 15 to 20 dBm.

Pasternack’s new coaxial packaged, temperature compensated amplifiers are designed for high reliability and meet a series of MIL-STD-202F environmental test conditions for altitude, vibration, humidity and shock. These rugged, military-grade, compact, coaxial packages also utilize MIC thin film and MMIC semiconductor technology.

Additionally, designs incorporate pin diode attenuation circuitry that senses and adjusts broadband gain levels and maintains a minimum gain level of 35 dB over the full operational temperature range of −55 to +85°C.

“Pasternack’s temperature compensated amplifiers can be used for multiple market band applications, including L-, S-, C-, X-, Ku-, K- and Ka-Bands. These high reliability, temperature compensated amplifiers are ideal for precision performance and test and measurement applications,” said Tim Galla, product line manager.

Pasternack’s new temperature compensated amplifiers are in-stock and ready for immediate shipment with no minimum order quantity.
