The AMP6030P-1KW is a solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 33.5 to 35 GHz. It delivers a pulsed output power of 1 kW with a gain of more than 60 dB. This Class A/AB linear amplifier has a pulse width of 100 μs and has a maximum duty cycle of 10 percent. The SSPA has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. Next-Generation PCIe Digitizers

Vibration-Isolated OCXO
The vibration-isolated AXIOM210 series is AXTAL’s high-runner offer very low phase noise under vibration. The unique internal vibration absorbers are proven in many applications since 2013. The module comes in a compact connectorized 50 x 50 x 30 mm package. Standard frequencies are 100 and 120 MHz, other frequencies between 50 and 130 MHz are available. Several options for phase noise under vibration can be chosen. A smaller version in 38 x 38 mm package can be offered.

Innovative New 1 GHz OCXO
To meet the increasing demand for high frequency OCXOs with ultra-low phase noise, KVG’s engineers have developed a 1 GHz OCXO. Using the advantages of a SC-cut crystal-based oscillator stage in combination with new analog frequency multiplication, the OXCO provides tight temperature stability and very good long-term stability. The 1 GHz OCXO comes up with excellent phase noise performance near the carrier with better than -112 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz as well as a very low noise floor below -155 dBc/Hz.
