RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low current hybrid amplifier. Qorvo’s CATV power doubler model QPA3223 reduces system DC current requirements as it draws only 410 mA from a 24 volt supply. However, performance remains high due to the combination of GaAs pHEMT and GaN pHEMT die providing 21 dB minimum gain from 45 to 1003 MHz (23 dB typical at 1003 MHz). Return loss is >17 dB for faster design times.
The QPA3223 provides excellent linearity and extremely low distortion for demanding CATV applications.
