The RFuW Engineering model number MSW3T-3200-150 is a single-pole, three-throw switch capable of handling 100 W of CW RF power over the range of 50 to 3000 MHz. Peak power handling is up to 200 W. The MSW3T-3200-150 utilizes PIN diodes for high reliability and low insertion loss of < 0.5 dB. Hybrid manufacturing processes yield superior performance offering IP3 > 65 dBm. Typical usage includes high-reliability, mission critical applications such as Radar T/R Modules, Switch Bank Filters and Mil-Com Radios. Offered in a small form factor (9 mm x 6 mm x 2.5 mm) package.
