RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a broad band digital step attenuator (DSA) useful in LTE infrastructure and repeater applications. The Qorvo QPC3223 serves designs from 50 MHz to 6 GHz with 18 dB of attenuation range. Two steps, 6 and 12 dB, are selected individually or together via a parallel control interface providing 6, 12 or 18 dB of attenuation. 

IIP3 is specified as >55 dBm offering a highly linear device which is overshoot-free.

The Qorvo QPC3223 is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
