RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity, active bias, ultra low noise amplifier from Skyworks Solutions.

The SKY67103-396LF offers mid-band noise figure of 0.6 dB for receiver applications requiring the lowest possible noise figure yet highly linear performance over a broad frequency range. Covering 500 to 4000 MHz, the SKY67103-396LF provides typical OIP3 of 34 dBm at 3.6 GHz for improved receiver selectivity and sensitivity. RF power gain of 16.5 dB extends receiver reception range and 17.4 dBm input compression level supports a wide range of receiver input power handling.

Targeting wireless infrastructure macro base stations, small cells, DAS and remote radio heads, the SKY67103-396LF performs in high temperature implementations to +105 degrees C.

The SKY67103-396LF is available in a compact 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm DFN package.
