RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a family of linear output power amplifiers to support small cell and repeater applications. The Skyworks SKY660XXamplifiers meet the stringent spectral linearity requirements of WCDMA and offer high PAE and margin.
The SKY660XXfamily requires minimum design time and board space as they are fully matched and run off a single DC supply voltage. EVM ranges from 1.3 to 2%.
All 5 Skyworks devices are offered in a 3x3mm QFN package.
